When designing a home we think carefully about the relationship between the indoor and outdoor spaces, the quality of light, the pattern of movement and the proportion and scale of each room. We create spaces that are subtle and sophisticated, with an understated simplicity that comes from thoughtful design and attention to detail. Our projects often include custom cabinetry and the work and skills of local craftsmen.

Meredith Drake has been a design professional since 1983, working for architectural and interior design firms before starting her own company in 1998. Her formal training was at the University of Washington where she completed a five-year fine arts degree in Interior Design. She spent a year mentoring with the late Jean Jongeward, one of Seattle’s most prominent interior designers.
